By using our website or requesting services from Rancho Mirage Insulation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Rancho Mirage Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in the Coachella Valley, California. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, insulation removal, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related weatherization work.
The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service availability. Specific terms, materials, timelines, and pricing are established through individual written agreements between you and the Company.
All estimates provided by Rancho Mirage Insulation are based on conditions observed or described at the time of the assessment. Estimates are not final quotes until confirmed in writing and signed by both parties. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from what was assessed at the time of the estimate.
Any additional work outside the original scope must be approved by the customer in writing before it is performed. We will notify you as soon as possible if we discover a condition that would change the scope or cost of your project.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs and crew time already committed.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as early as possible if we need to reschedule and will work with you to find an alternate date at no additional charge.
For spray foam insulation and certain other services, you will be required to vacate the premises during installation and for a period afterward as directed by the contractor. Failure to vacate as instructed may require us to reschedule the work.
Payment terms are established in your written contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned payment fee.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling the work, with the balance due upon completion. The deposit amount and schedule will be specified in your written contract. Accounts that remain unpaid past the due date may be subject to late fees and collection action.
We stand behind our work and will address installation defects that result from errors on our part. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be outlined in your written contract.
The content on our website - including descriptions of services, expected outcomes, and energy savings - is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of specific results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your home, HVAC system, usage habits, and local climate conditions.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANCHO MIRAGE INSULATION DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH THE CUSTOMER.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services or submitting forms on our website. You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled day.
If your property is in an HOA-governed community, you are responsible for obtaining any required approvals before work begins. Delays caused by failure to obtain approvals may result in rescheduling fees.
